Domino’s Pizza is one of largest and most recognized global food chains, and the food service company with the widest branch network in Turkey. Most Domino’s customers place orders online or by phone. As Domino’s Pizza guarantees delivery within 30 minutes, it needs a fast network infrastructure to make such an operation work in Turkey. The company turned to ZyXEL for a solution to transmit orders received at the Turkey headquarters to the 487 branch locations throughout the country. The fast and reliable network infrastructure means orders are instantly transferred to the branch nearest the customer, allowing for the fastest possible delivery. Since completion of the project, Domino’s Pizza has enhanced its service quality and raised staff productivity. In addition, the project has created an affordable and stables all voice communications system between the branches and headquarters.
The Company is the largest and fastest growing home delivery chain in Turkey with over 480 stores. Subsequently in 2013, Turkven acquired the master franchise rights of Domino’s Pizza in Russia, which has become the fastest growing and third largest player in the Russian market with more than 70 stores. In 2014, Domino`s Pizza Turkey obtained the master franchise rights of Domino`s Pizza in Georgia and Azerbaijan. The Company employs more than 2,300 people as of year end 2016 across all geographies.
Domino’s Pizza in Turkey is owned by Fides, a private equity company, and operated by Aslan Saranga, the brand’s general manager.
